If there's one thing experience has taught us about marketing, it's the value of a second opinion. Having someone from outside come in and look at things with fresh eyes can be invaluable. Of course, it requires that those you consult understand your challenges and can bring a new perspective.

This ambition led to the creation of Second Opinion—a collaboration between the creative agency Eiffel and one of Scandinavia's sharpest marketing strategists, Johan Östlund.

As the former CEO of two of Scandinavia's leading advertising agencies, Åkestam Holst NoA and McCann Sweden, Johan has spent years advising companies in Denmark, Sweden, and globally, on how marketing can strengthen sales and competitiveness.

Level 1 is a great starting point - it’s the least time-intensive, and you can easily progress to the next level if needed. We have relevant reference cases for all 4 levels, giving you a clear sense of what we deliver.

  • Strategic validation is ideal for those who already have a strategy but would like an external review to validate the work done. This process is not very time-consuming.

  • This involves a more in-depth evaluation of strategy, aimed at identifying weaknesses and finding potential improvements. Strategic assessment usually requires more time.

  • This level focuses on optimizing an existing strategy or developing a completely new one to enhance competitiveness and sales. Strategic acceleration is a more comprehensive process.
